The man thinks Jews control the weather and only got the vaccine because his fellow members likely would have shunned him even more than they do now, so it amazes me that anyone thinks he's bright enough to participate in any sort of electoral scheme without giving away the plot within a week or two.

He is not up for reelection this cycle, not is R White. It is a bit problematic that half the members of council can basically run for mayor without risking losing their seats because they are in an off year and the other half can't.

It's deeply cynical, but Bowser is a pretty good political game player. It pains me to admit this, but Bowser is the "moderate" in this election. Which means I think she will cruise to re-election.
