Could it be temperature? Anything under 65 degrees and I get an intense inner ear ache. The colder and windier, the worse it is. An ear band helps

i do sometimes have allergies. its just strange because it only happens outside. not when i workout indoors

Do you have allergies? Mine build up in my ears, resulting in ear pain even if I don’t have other symptoms. Taking something like Sudafed helps mine.

When i exercise outdoors I get terrible ear pain - like intense pressure. Any ideas on what causes it and how to prevent it?
