I agree with this. Especially the "you reap what you sow". I don't so much blame Democrats' for promoting a culture as much as I blame the citizens of the City for continuing to create a one party City. Without another party in the mix, there is no debate, no discussion. Everything becomes an echo chamber of agreement. It's really too bad. I don't have a problem with adding Republicans to the mix. Constantly chanting a refrain of Trump! Hater! Racist! is just stupid. Stop with that nonsense and actually listen to candidates and what they propose. None of them are running on platforms of racism and hatred in a City Council or school board election. And independent candidates are welcome to run as well.

Fair enough at the local level. I'm voting for both Independents for City Council, though I doubt either can win. But in a statewide election, which has local consequences, anyone voting for Youngkin loses all credibility. And lots of people screaming about local-level sh*t are filling the bubble for him.

Also a city manager can do what the Superintendent does, and just send his kids to private. Oh but he is a product of ACPS.

I think Chapman was the flip…so after the election to go into effect in January.

He and Aguirre already flipped on “Braddock West”, which is actually in the east, next to the metro station.

Not only are there unresolved flooding issues at Braddock and West, those two were all for more housing…unless it is in their (or their voting base) backyard.

Yay!

And SROs are back. 4-3 in favor.

Wilson flipped his vote and scolded Chapman Bennet parker and Aquirre for digging in.

I'm disgusted with those three.

Honestly they need both. Hope this will be a wake up to call to citizens that it’s not enough to keep adopting whatever new work thing is the thing of the day and that they have to consider their actual communities and city issues and not just pretend there is a blanket idea that can apply to all.
