Do you know what I get upset about? The number of trans women killed in the United States each year. Don't fall for this BS about trans women taking over lesbian spaces.

I, who actually know trans women who used to be sex workers, also freak out about this statistic. Also, I freak out about the number of women of all kinds who are sex workers and killed.
I think if you actually cared about WOMEN, you'd know that trans women aren't the ones being killed in swathes by their domestic partners. But you don't care about all women. Only the trans ones.

I don’t play along and I’ve lost friends over it. That’s fine with me! A woman is not a statement or a belief in someone’s head. There are no magical words anyone can say to become a woman. You’re either born a woman or you’re not. I have gone through too much in my life to allow a surgically altered (and not even that much, sometimes) straight man looking a fool in a dress to bully me into participating in his delusion.
I was a lot more tolerant before things became so crazy. But the female erasure is radicalizing me. That essay just floors me. That's what it's really like? That's terrifying.
NP. Yes, it’s what it’s really like. Adult male “lesbians” dressed like prostitutes and sitting in ways to ensure their penises bulge out or are even exposed. If you complain or avoid looking, you’re a bigot. They’re very confrontational.
It is terrifying what has become of lesbian spaces in such a short time. I stay home nowadays.
