What I can tell you from experience is the Alexandria is well established and the biggest in the area. Multiple divisions so SFL players will be able to find appropriate competition.

Metro league is pretty good. More of the higher level teams go to Alexandria. Games are usually GMU & NOVA Annandale campus if I remember correctly.
