I use it as a replacement meal for breakfast. I will add chicken apple sausage or egg whites with chives if I need to eat more that day, like a running day. I am Indian so I eat a traditional lunch and I do not eat dinner. I am just happy this has been the push to get rid of the ten pounds I have gained over the last 7 years. I feel cleaner, am regular now, and feel better than ever. I just wanted to share.

Totally disagree. There are some healthy veggies that I can’t stand eating that are great in juice. Beets, celery, carrots - I may be removing the fiber, but I feel amazing including a glass of this stuff daily. It can’t be instead of real food, but it can add some great nutrition that I wouldn’t get otherwise.
