Anonymous wrote:This is the list I use when people ask what they should get at Penzy’s. But I recently discovered Brady Street, which is AMAZING on roasted vegetables. If you get it, ask for a large hole top. Because for some reason it comes in a jar with no shaker top.

1 Fox Point (!!!!)
2 Sandwich Sprinkle
3 Florida Pepper and/or California Pepper
4 Pasta Sprinkle and/or Frozen Pizza
5 Granulated garlic
6 Vietnamese cinnamon
7 Zatar
8 Cumin
9 Salsa and Pico
10 Justice (salt free Fox Point)

Ooooh is Brady Street new?! How did I not know about that? Looks like I need to make a trip to Penzey's this weekend!

Their single spices are so much better than grocery store options. Cinnamon, cumin.

Taco seasoning is really good. I use the salt-free Tuscan Sunset a lot. Za'atar.

Fox Point is good on lots of things, including eggs.

I also like Arizona Dreaming. It’s really good on salmon.

Penzeys has tons of good spice blends but also excellent cinnamon and other single spices.

Their Ceylon cinnamon. It is really a superior cinnamon to put on oatmeal, yogurt, french toast.

Never heard of it. I get all of my spices locally from The Spice Suite in Takoma Park. My favorites are "This Ain't Goya", "No Salt, Still Bomb", and the "Lemon Thyme Sea Salt" which is amazing on roasted chicken.

I like a lot of them but Fox Point is a favorite. I also like the horseradish dip one, which I use as a seasoning mix and not actually to make dip.

Their taco and chili seasoning is very good. I like their vanilla and cinnamon too. We have a bunch of random spice blends that we try but not many stand out to me.

... and what do you use it for?

Need to place an order and wonder if I'm missing something.

I was gifted a jar of the Justice blend, and it's great on roasted potatoes.
