It is my understanding that if you had CAH, as opposed to just being a carrier, the test would have distinguished between that (but you should ask Myriad or whatever testing company was used to confirm). Non classical CAH does have very mild or no symptoms, so apparently a lot of people who have it never know. (I’m a carrier too, and tested through Myriad.)

We got our genetic carrier screening back I tested positive for two. But thankfully DH and I don't have any overlap.

My Q is since I'm a carrier for CAH does that mean I potentially have it as an adult?

I did a quick Google search and it looks like I'd match up to the non traditional due to my lack of a period or regular period. But I also assume they would have caught it with the elevated hormone levels? So maybe not?
