We have 2021 Q7 and no, you will not able to move the seat far enough forward to get in. The way to enter and exit the third row requires you to put the seat back down and the push a handle to lift it up.
Watch this video - around the 4 minute mark and you will see that if move the seat forward, there is not enough room to for someone to slide in:
