Ha ha! Zach Pope, I’ve had fun with him this year. Can we have his contract ended and maybe put more money into something, anything else?

So is the website correct or not? It's odd because it says the kids won't have to "quarantine" -- but would be isolated for 24 hours while they figure out which is the right kid. Those could both be accurate.

This may be semantics, which is making it unclear. Stay home for 12-24hrs while we figure this out =/= Quarantine for 8-14 days. I don't know that for certain, but it's possible.

Yes. You are maybe risking a day. Maybe. Not an entire covid quarantine.

God I just hope they approve this kids vaccine soon so we can stop with quarantines for the vaccinated entirely!!!

Counting down the days!!

APS is doing a great thing with this testing but as usual the communications are so so bad.

There's a whole post about this on AEM, you should go check it out.

The website was updated. Duran sent the link and said it was updated. I think it may be the post on aem that is wrong

They are not excluding everyone in the pool. That was very poor communication from Zach Pope and others at APS.

I thought APS said that ONLY students who test positive would be excluded from activities. But the website says: As a precaution, all students identified in the pool will be excluded from in person instruction and activities while results are confirmed. Families receive definitive confirmation of the positive results after individual sample(s) are confirmed within 12-24 hours. Is that really the case? If so we're going to drop out of testing.
