OP here, tested this morning as I have zero patience and there was a definite line. Utilized the app on the box and the picture of my stick said positive! Now to wait another week for the beta. Thank you so much, ladies!

I think I’d still have hope. Don’t worry just yet. Good luck!

The squinted on the FRER sounds promising! A lot depends on the sensitivity of the test and how concentrated your urine is. I got a squintier my first pregnancy 4dp5dt and this time the evening 3dpt5dt (it was REALLY a squintier) but both times I made sure to test when I knew my urine wasn’t too diluted. I clearly had early implantations each time though so it may not be typical.

GOOD LUCK!

If you did a trigger shot before the transfer, and did not “test out the trigger,” trigger shots can show false positives until they leave your system. It can take weeks. But if you didn’t then yes, sounds promising! Good luck!!

Right!
Always use FRER.

Hoping it works out for you! For now, I'd hold off 2 or 3 days and try again. Hard but not as hard as the 29th.

For my first successful FET, I didn't get a positive until 8dp5dt.

OP here. Thank you!! Had you tested the days prior as well? I still have a ton of ovulation strips so I was using those and decided to test with the hpt as a line started showing up on them. My beta isn’t until the 22nd, which seems so far away!

I had tested at 5dp5dt and gotten a BFN. Held off for a few more days, used a FRER, and had a dark line by 8dp5dt.

You tested right while the embryo was implanting. 12 hours later on 5dp5dt and you would have had a FRER squinter. I wouldn't call a dark line on a FRER "not getting" a positive until then, just not testing until then.

I think it depends on the sensitivity of the test. You can get late implantation, but that's strongly correlated with abnormal embryos and miscarriage. Healthy pregnancies usually "should have" implanted by 11 DPO, but may still have too low hormones for a digital or less sensitive test to pick up. That said, ovulation strips picked up HCG (test line as dark as the control) when my internet cheapie HPT was still super faint.

Mistyped - beta is 29th! Bloodwork tomorrow to check progesterone/estrogen.

Negative home test after FET… this many days past should have had a hint of a line, right? I know I shouldn’t have tested, but very crampy and tired of waiting.
