We are dropping hs. Every week another injury. I now get why the DA said no hs.

It's not just the Marylanders that face this. DC, and private school goers have the same conflict and manage fine.
When I say “rigging” I mean double dipping on both sides..playing for two different ECNL clubs through the year depending on the season….
Not allowed as that's against ECNL rules. Can only be rostered by one ECNL team per year, unless "released" by one club (due to relocation, for example).
How about doing the academy style where they are rostered on a non-ECNL team but play ECNL……
That would technically be ok. Just cant be rostered on two different ECNL teams during the same (league) year.

About as you would suspect. There is give and take on both teams to accommodate it. Players manage their workload, coaches understand the situation.
