“I have the right of way! You can’t turn in front of me! If I’m doing 70 mph, you’re still at fault!”
Priceless.

you WOULD be at fault. you are the one turning into traffic, regardless of anybody's speed. again, I ask, what are you hoping to accomplish?
This is not true at all- both drivers broke the law, OP by failing to yeild and the other driving by speeding. The other driver’s speed would absolutely be considered in figuring out comparative fault.

Anonymous wrote:I had a near death experience on September 16th. I was driving my car and took a left turn by yielding the opposite side traffic. And there was no car coming from the opposite side and suddenly a speeding car appeared in front of my car. The car’s speed might be 80-90 mph. Is there a way to access the data from traffic camera website(?)

That’s not what a near death experience is, OP. A NDE is when your heart stops and you are clinically dead but are revived. Sounds like you had a close call if you are able to post about it a day later.
