Priceless.

Well according to the law they are still at fault.

you WOULD be at fault. you are the one turning into traffic, regardless of anybody's speed. again, I ask, what are you hoping to accomplish?

This is not true at all- both drivers broke the law, OP by failing to yeild and the other driving by speeding. The other driver’s speed would absolutely be considered in figuring out comparative fault.

That is not correct. If you are crossing lanes, you are required to yield. The speed of others is irrelevant. You did not yield to the vehicle that was legally in their lane.

Yes it was super super fast. A neighbor of mine was behind me and told me I was not at fault at all. I was simply following the rule of driving my car in yellow light and turning left.

So would you try to cross a yellow light with 80-90 mph speed from a distance?

I mean, regardless of speed...if there had been an accident, you'd be at fault. you were the one turning into traffic assuming the other driver would slow down. I'd also be willing to bet that he wasn't going 80-90mph. what are you looking to accomplish here?

But was there actually an accident? Sounds like they had the right of way

You want the police to waste their time trying to figure out the speed of this car? And do so with a red light camera which based on their title likely do not track speed.

That’s not what a near death experience is, OP. A NDE is when your heart stops and you are clinically dead but are revived. Sounds like you had a close call if you are able to post about it a day later.

Correct. Heck, by OP's measure, I'd have thousands of near death experiences of all types by now!
