Can anyone share the in's and out's of leasing and/or buying a car and writing it off as a business expense? My husband has his own small business, which is relatively new, so we are new to what the options are for doing something like this.

He does need a new car as his is pretty old and he does use it to meet clients. If he gets a car and writes it off as a business expense, can other people drive it? Can the car only be used for business needs? What does he need to demonstrate to make it a legitimate write off?
