This situation is a mix of politics and legal. Even if Taylor’s recommendation is legal (remains to be seen), political reasons will ultimately dictate what happens. It will be interesting if anyone on the BOE gets dragged into the litigation. Depositions under penalty of perjury are like sunlight to vampires. [/quote]
