Except at small clubs, younger teams will be strictly grouped by the new seasonal year with the same number of rare exceptions we see now. It is just easier to do. There will likely be more exceptions at older ages at smaller clubs but as noted, those will dissipate over the next 2-3 years. Just like the last time we did this. I even expect a few smallish clubs to just keep teams together and basically just continue BY, though again, that won't last long. [/quote]
