It's funny how none of you are concerned that he won't answer that?

He most definitely SHOULD have to answer for this, as concerns could arise and speculation made regarding corruption, bribery, pay-offs, etc.

I'm not saying that's what's occurring, however if he refuses to produce an explanation of just how such a high debt was paid, he then doesn't get to take offense when speculation of such starts to come to light. [/quote]

I want to know who paid the debt (and not from an internet board) but I also think that his behavior was 100% unacceptable.  He should never have been confirmed. With a NORMAL president, he would not have even been nominated, because he is clearly easily compromised.
