The article only reported what the wife wrote in a "charging document' since the police refused to file one. So, no, the article does not report facts yet.

PSA: Anytime you read an article in the paper and it says the police [b]report [/b]says.... XYZ... those are not facts... those are often just statements made to the police... if it says the police [b]investigation [/b]says XYZ ... those statements are closer to the truth since investigations should (but don't always) have evidence to support the investigation. Most area schools would move on, regardless of the outcome of the trial.  Bullis had that crazy lacrosse revolt last summer, and they had a devil of a time making a decision.    [/quote]
