The songs with the longest passages were celebrations of the island (Cafe con Ron), celebrating memory (Debi Tirar más Fotos), challenging US colonialism (Lo Que Pasó a Hawaii - Ricky Martin), reminiscing over a fairly chaste love (Baile Inolvidable - the soundtrack to the wedding scene), and criticizing PREPCO and US-sanctioned blackouts (El Apagón).
