Zero accountability for BRAC because they are just a bunch on cobbled together volunteers who don't even represent many of the effected areas. No accountability for Reid who will use BRAC and Thru consulting as the scapegoat for final mapping. And zero accountability for the Board who is 100% not vote down what Reid brings them.[/quote]
