Their faces just look mature and adult. If I met them in the street, I would totally think they were well into their 20s. By contrast, my kids look preternaturally young. My 20 year old was told he looked 12 when he applied for Global Entry a few weeks ago! He wasn't happy about it :-)

I mean BEST case they were sleeping with prostitutes, which is deplorable and can be published fairly. Even if they were adults, pretty sure even a dumb congressman would recognize these “women” were at risk of being trafficked.
