We need to have stiff penalties for hiring illegal immigrants AND make it illegal for them to enroll in our schools AND prevent all services for them AND immediately deport any and all illegals in prisons or other institutions AND hunt down and deport all the rest. All of it.[/quote]
SCOTUS has already ruled that you cannot prevent children from attending primary schools based on their legal status. Of course we know that SCOTUS no longer believes in stare decisis, so I guess it’s now time to challenge that original ruling to see where the current court comes down. [/quote]

The US Code is very long.  It can be played both ways.

? if you really think this would work, why didn't Trump do it last time? Why doesn't he say he's going to do this now?  I think you will be very disillusioned with Mump.  They have already stated that they support expanding H1 visas.   What's next?  Mump will want to give green cards to every foreign student here.
