We need to have stiff penalties for hiring illegal immigrants AND make it illegal for them to enroll in our schools AND prevent all services for them AND immediately deport any and all illegals in prisons or other institutions AND hunt down and deport all the rest. All of it.[/quote]
SCOTUS has already ruled that you cannot prevent children from attending primary schools based on their legal status. Of course we know that SCOTUS no longer believes in stare decisis, so I guess it’s now time to challenge that original ruling to see where the current court comes down. [/quote]

Is this because of the constitution or does it only require simple majority? In any case, we need to take it to congress and see who votes that we should educate all these people for free. The reason Trump won is because the public doesn’t want us supporting illegal immigrants. So let’s see which representatives are dumb enough to vote against the clear will of the people.[/quote]
