FWIW, Joan has already been looking in NYC for apartments to RENT for the next year.  The plan was to rent for one year to see how the relationship goes.  I loosely know someone who knows Joan well.  Joan was looking in NYC back in Sept.  I was told that her "budget" was $15k/month.  That should get her a decent place.[/quote]

Joan was appealing on the Golden Bachelor, so I can see why producers liked her. But she came across very differently on the Golden Bachelorette, which is a shame. Shallow and not particularly likable.[/quote]

How was she appealing on the Golden Bachelor? She performed that cute poem, that's all. 
I found her a bit bland, but I checked out her IG and decided in about two minutes that she was shady. [/quote]
