A strong president would have a little chat with Xi and make him an offer he couldn't refuse to take HIS citizens back.  But, we don't currently have a strong president.  [/quote]

Nonsense.  Strong offer he couldn’t resist would be something illegal or dangerous to the National Security. How “strong” is that?  Otherwise other countries leaders have zero interests in taking their citizens back.  As demonstrated the world over.  This is not a new issue.  And Europe is dealing with it, too.[/quote]
