DP.  Look, he was dumb enough to take a gun, not check (verbally with the armorer or visually by checking his own darn self) if the gun was loaded, point it in the direction of a group of people and fire it.  He is still ultimately responsible.  And I admit that I think he is a complete jerk (yes, I know him).  But he is even more dumb than I would have thought possible with this latest act.  It is really sad that his hubris and his inability to follow even basic rules (do not point a gun at anyone and don't fire it if you aren't 100% sure it is empty) caused this young woman to die.  He deserves to be brought up on criminal charges and he should pay for his actions.  Other people as well, but he should be at the head of the 'you're going to jail' pack.[/quote]

Are you even serious? This is not how you check the gun. Baldwin have always been dumb based on his previous actions, but one would assume that he had a little common sense. Apparently not. I hope they will charge him criminally and the dude will finally learn the lesson. [/quote]
