Using U13 as an example what this is saying is...

1. They play 11v11
2. Players turn 13 after Aug 1
3. Players are younger than or equal to 8/1/2013

Age guy is taking other people's tables and modifying them (incorrectly) and reposting to try and show playing down which is not allowed.

Nobody will know if anybody is playing down on grade because the age groupings do not include grades as a criteria and grades are not collected. Expect about 10-15 percent of a team to be "off" grade for an age group.[/quote]
