Full disclosure... my son plays for Freedom-SR. I would agree most of the assessment from the previous poster about the teams being fairly even, and the Woodson Goalie made some great saves throughout the scrimmages. Freedom mixed and matched all night, and never had all of what could be considered their Day 1 starters out there at the same time. Only standout player that I saw was #24 from Woodson. He seemed to be the offensive leader, and even when defenders were draped all over him, he still got shots off, with most being on cage. With all three teams having less than a week of practice, it was what anyone could expect. Some good, some bad, but all three teams have talent and can score and defend. All three teams should be on the + side of wins this year.
Looks like Freedom-SR was using green days to practice, not really just one week - https://www.instagram.com/p/DUr1lktl4W5/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==
This has to be a joke right? You went and found receipts to show kids practice their sport outside of the start and end dates of their spring season??
Seems silly that you even made the "with less than a week to practice" claim since lots (most?) teams use Green Days. I knew off the top of my head that Oakton played Fierce Nation. Took about 8 seconds.
