The medications he is taking for his heart health (Crestor, Zetia, and low-dose aspirin) suggest he 1) has major cardiovascular risk factors and most likely already has coronary artery disease (or another form of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease) or 2) his doctor considers him to be at very high risk of developing it and is treating him as if he already does.
