It’s not misogyny. Male pop singers are generally washed up by their mid 30s too. Creative prime is teens thru late 20s. Everyone knows this. Why do you think singers lie about their ages? It’s a young man/woman’s industry. Also why Swift is orbiting much younger and organically more popular girls like Carpenter, Rodrigo, and Eilish. [/quote]

You're confusing touring with an old catalog with being a successful trend setting hit making pop star. She's basically a traveling Vegas act playing her old hits. 'Taylor's version' is quite literally re-branded 'greatest hits' crap that washed up bands used to pump out in the 70s 80s and 90s.[/quote]

If she toured with TTPD and her upcoming album she’d still sell out every show without a doubt. People don’t pay thousands of dollars and travel around the world to see a washed up has-been. But you do you and we’ll just have fun without you :) [/quote]

Rolling Stones are in their 80s and sell out tours. They haven't had a hit song in like 50 years. Washed up nostalgia acts with a large catalog print money.[/quote]

Let’s wait and see how her new album does on the charts if that is your metric for whether someone is “washed up” or not :). I might argue that if you are still able to sell out multiple tours, whether it is nostalgia or new music, you are far from being a has been. If Taylor’s music does not crack the top 10 for multiple weeks in a row then I will give it to you.
