I agree. He'd love to have all three:

1. Not in prison
2. Grifting
3. Actually being a popular President

But #3 is of least importance. And it's possible he really believes he's the most successful and popular President ever. He has a personality disorder.

But the low polls do bug him. He finds them unfair and they make him sad and mad. [/quote]
He might care but Republicans in Congress care. If it looks like it’s gonna be a wipeout in 2026, especially in the Senate, then impeachment and removal is a possibility.[/quote]
