They’re already mismanaging the case with that terrible statement they released and the subsequent blurbs. If anyone can lead this man to an undeserved prison sentence, it’s Raiser Kenniff. I just hope they know enough to bring on competent trial counsel once it’s time for voir dire.

More than most cases, this case will come down to the jury. If they empanel a jury made mostly of middle aged and older NYers who actually take the subway, rather than these foolish “progressives” who think it’s cute to get pushed onto train tracks, then Mr. Penny walks.[/quote]
