It was only after this war started that Ukraine removed some Nazi imagery.  The Azov Battalion is a primary issue with regard to neo-Nazis.

Look carefully at the original video.  [0:38/1:14]  Simonyan is careful to say there are red lines, but no one knows what they are.  "We can only guess what is hidden under this wording."  But this is the phrase I'm keying in on.
