Democrats have shown that while they may differ in what they believe in terms of ICE, DHS, and providing financial assistance to help relieve overcrowding in holding facilities, they are unified in their total refusal to deport those here illegally.  They are unified in their refusal to fund the building of border barriers.  And, they are unified in the message they are sending to illegals that there are ways to avoid deportation.  
Some Dems have expressed a desire to eliminate barriers at the border and to eliminate ICE, CBP, and other immigration law enforcement agencies. And, all presidential Dem presidential candidates would provide health insurance to illegal aliens.  
So, it would seem that as a party, they are indeed in favor of open borders.  [/quote]
