Unfortunately different school districts have different cutoff dates as well which creates the situation where some players can play down because their birthday is in Aug which is after 8/1 but before their school districts cutoff date. But this is a very small minority of players and almost all choose to play up on their correct grade in school team because playing up is allowed in the rules.[/quote]
