Why was Bill Gates — a college dropout! — forced in our faces these last 10 to 20 years and acting like an “expert” on any and everything? It has always been deeply weird and inorganic. He’s not an expert on anything and his ex-wife was just some dumb marketing dept gal at Microsoft. Yet the media & politicians have created this illusion that these two were global affairs, public health, medicine, agriculture, climate change, etc, etc “experts.”[/quote]

Whatever else they did, they are both responsible for saving millions of lives in Africa, from malaria, through the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. I do not forget that.  They have materially changed the world for the better with their money... unlike many billionaires, like Musk, for example, who used his power to hurt people.

No. The people who worked for them did that. Bill and Melinda gates mugged for cameras and took credit for it, in order to help launder Bill's public image.

THERE ARE NO ETHICAL BILLIONAIRES. It simply doesn't work that way. You do not come by that much money ethically, and you sure as shit don't keep it ethically. You exploit and screw over a lot of people, take credit for a lot of people's work, skip out on a lot of taxes, hoard resources you couldn't use in multiple lifetimes, look starving children in the eyes, and fly home on your private jet on your way to some sick billionaire pedo party. I don't really care. I'm tired of giving these criminals, sitting atop their piles of ill gotten cash, credit for the actual work of the people who happen to work for them. Elon Musk is lauded as some kind of genius inventor. He's not. He employs geniuses.

And Bill Gates is an effing creep and everything he "built" is now suspect. Africa is a mess by design. And it's by design that these freaks go there to play at being a savior.[/quote]
