If Americans in the List are implicated as having stepped foot in EU or Britain as part of the [b]Lolita Express[/b], they could probably be sued in courts over there. I'm not sure how discovery and evidentiary hearings work for transnational crimes but perhaps anything revealed in court there can be used to force grand juries here.
