And both Cleveland Park and Woodley Park sit on top of metro stations that have tens of thousands passing through in the same period of time as the 1000 cars go to the zoo. Do you know how many of the people who park in the zoo go outside of the gates to those stores? Zero. the people going to those stores are the ones who walked from the metro either from CP or WP.[/quote]
