I'm sure more than a few thought they would be starting/getting more PT than they got but really, expecting to jump right in as a freshman would be unrealistic. But unhappiness due to the quality of academics at SJC doesn't seem accurate. My son goes to a rival school but I'd consider SJC for him or his sibling, there's nothing wrong with the academics there. Smart kids can get on an accelerated track if need be. Like I said I could be wrong but not sure this is accurate.[/quote]
