Why is the sister defending her brother? Murder is indefensible. The only acceptable course of action ought to be silence on her part. If I were Gloria I wouldn't want the sister to gain custody of the children. She was going to back her brother no matter what. What does that say about her (the sister)?!
The issue of custody has not been adjudicated yet. Gloria had temporarily custody only for the duration of the trial. Now a new hearing will be held and his sister has the right according to the law to get custody of the children. The judge who was hearing the divorce case refused to give custody to Gloria in two separate hearings so she went to find a different judge, without notifying the Fotis side and got custody for the duration of the case. Since he died before the trial he is considered innocent and his family has equal right to get custody. Gloria's age and her animosity during the divorce years will count against her.
Dream on Ms. Dulos!
