What holds women back are kids, good partners can be a strength. They can be each other's support system and have more focus on goals than hooking up at bars or mopping for not finding decent people on apps.
Work from home, hybrid and childcare is available everywhere, dual income married professionals aren’t held back by kids. Kids make you more mature, more social, you work harder and take your career trajectory more seriously.
Is this a joke? It’s difficult everywhere to have kids, including Europe. My European friends have even less flexibility than I do. I love my kids but they ruined my QOL. If I could do it all over again I wouldn’t have kids. No way. I had a terrific life and kids have limited me in almost every way. Only reason it’s tolerable is because I have $. The fear-mongering over fertility is comical because it assumes they want to have kids in the first place. Marriage and kids is a scam.
