She is a pretty girl but that outfit looks dour and dull on her. A beige cape coat on a tween? It makes me wonder if Ivanka intentionally chose this outfit so that she (Ivanka) would stand out more.[/quote]

I like the cape coat and neutrals are very in right now with tweens.  My daughter is that age and all she wants is grey, ivory and blush pink.  But in combo with her mother it does make it seem more vintage Girl Scout or military or something.  If her mom had a softer look bright color outfit, the camel cape would read differently I think. [/quote]
