Small safes simply cannot survive as they are simply too smallZ If you look at higher end gun safes they can survive- but they can only be installed on foundation and once they are there (typically) they are not ever getting out of that home. They will convey because it will cost more to move them then just buying a new one for 5-7k.[/quote]
