I think this one is very unspecific and not about one man particularly . It’s the brief love that you lost who went on to lead a normal happy life that you sometimes get glimpses  of and you worry you’ll never have that. “Turned into good neighbhors/Your wife waters flowers. I want to kill her” while “my husband is cheating / I want to kill him.” Your relationship was so brief it almost might seem like it didn’t happen “but I touched you.” [/quote]
