This kind of attempted "gotcha" is just sad.  Has nothing to do with this discussion, and certainly has no relevance to the question of whether Abbot's strategy is "brilliant" or not.  Also pretty messed up that you are saying teenage pregnancy equates to "juvenile delinquents."  [/quote]

Not really. Texas is a severely messed up state which enacts policies will result in the proverbial "chicken come home to roost" one day soon. It's all fair game. The fact that you dismiss what you don't want to hear is sad.
