Bad things are happening at multiple schools, not just this one.  If it was done in front of other kids, they may have been a part of it.  We don't have all the details but it is a bit fishy.

I think a poster on this thread mentioned her kid was in the bathroom when it happened. May have been a fake poster, or, perhaps not.

Kids need to be held accountable and taught pro-social behavior. Ideally in the home but failing that in the schools, community and churches. Even Marion Barry championed that. Consigning kids to be criminals/gang bangers once the cuddles and cocoa stops does them no favors and is rending the fabric of society itself.

MCPS - does it have an anti-gang task force? If not, one should be demanded.
