I wish there were more low sugar options, but they do exist. [/quote] Every grocery store offers plain yogurt. Flavored yogurt has added sugar, hence the flavor. If you want plain yogurt with fruit, then put your own fruit in it. It isn’t complicated or tricky. I eat a flavored Chobani or icelandic daily. They have 8-10gm sugar. It is a snack that hits the sweet spot. I think this is a reasonable amount of sugar and totally fine with it. But then again, I don’t eat store bought cookies, cake, ice cream, etc. ever. Only homemade on rare occasion. [/quote]
