That's the extent of Tannia's role. As far as being a "puppet" for Katie. I don't think she's to be a puppet - Katie couldn't care less about the school board or its governance. She is merely helping along the up and coming democratic politician, pointing her in the direction of school board because it will be a great steppnig stone to something bigger. Pure politics.
