This is a clear situation of “the thing speaks for itself.” Those redaction shenanigans are widespread in the file release.

So, the only two options are that they did it on purpose to protect the guilty and shame the victims, or they’re just grossly incompetent. Given the people in charge these days, you can never rule out incompetence. But I think there’s too much there to dismiss “outright evil” as the most likely reason. [/quote]

But here’s the thing: the victims have absolutely nothing to be ashamed of. Absolutely nothing. They were children.

And even the ones who were technically adults have nothing to be ashamed of. It’s unlikely they had much of a choice. Making a bad decision in your late teens or early twenties is not criminal. [/quote]
