PP is not "being argumentative" but merely stating a fact. The same fact that the DA stated in her press release reacting to the sentencing. There seems to be a huge number of people on this thread who seem entirely confused about what rape is. I had to cut and paste portions of the California Penal Code to let a guy know that he shouldn't keep fucking his wife after she falls asleep. We are just trying to be helpful. [/quote]
